1. Our Promise
We want you to love your purchase from The Rooh Sutra. But if you're not fully satisfied, here’s how we can help.
2. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
- You have 5 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
- No refunds or exchanges once the order has been shipped unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Refunds & Credits
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return:
- Choose an exchange for another product, or
- Receive store credit / gift card / discount coupon equal to your purchase amount—usable on our website.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable method, as we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.
5. How to Start a Return
- Email us at theroohsutra@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and provide the return address.
- Ship the item back with tracking—remember to include all tags, original packaging, and the RMA label/slip.
6. Processing Time
- We inspect returns within 5–7 business days of receipt.
- Once approved, store credit or an exchange will be processed within 3 business days.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
- Contact us immediately with photos of the defect or damage.
- If confirmed, we’ll cover return shipping and ship a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping cost).
8. Non‑Returnable Items
- Used and damaged items may be non-returnable unless defective.
- Please confirm eligibility before placing your order.
9. Policy Location & Updates
- This policy is available via a footer link, product pages, during checkout, and in order confirmation emails.
- We regularly review our policy and update it as needed to reflect best practices.
